Transportation, location:
The apartment is located in the 13th district near the Dózsa György út metro station, in the part close to the Danube. It is also excellent in terms of public transportation, with bus 15, trolleybuses 75 and 79 nearby. The Danube Bank is not far away, 4-500 m away on foot. The Lehel Square market is nearby, but there are also many other services in the area.

Building:
This building was built in 1909-10 based on the plans of the architect Károly Habich, as a typical Újlipótváros apartment building with a folk, historicizing motif facade style during the Art Nouveau era, and an emphasized corner house design. Despite the multiple renovations, the apartment has retained its old-fashioned character, including the original cast terrazzo flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, and the original wooden doors and windows still faithfully preserve the atmosphere of the old times. Its staircase has been beautifully renovated. The artificial stone staircase and the decorative wrought iron railings decorate the spacious staircase in impeccable condition. A few years ago, it also received a new, modern elevator from the cozy inner courtyard. The individual apartments in the condominium can be accessed via a suspended corridor system.
