An SE student (MSc. in Health Care Management) is living in this apartment and is renting out the two separate rooms to fellow FEMALE SE students. 
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a clean, lovely, and well-organized building, just a 3-minute walk from Bus 5 and a 7-minute walk from Trams 56, 59, 61 which basically brings us through the city in no time.
Person preference: you’re responsible, clean, organized, and need a quiet environment to focus, study and recharge
