Spacious, sunny, fully furnished 2-room apartment in the city center

We are a young German-Hungarian couple renting out our furnished 2-room apartment.

The apartment is ideally suited for a couple or a single student. It is air-conditioned, bright and spacious, with a large living room, one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (appliances and dishware included), and a separate storage room. The heating was modernized a few years ago, the windows and entrance door were recently replaced, and the whole apartment has been freshly painted.

Furnishings also include a washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, iron, and cleaning supplies.

The apartment sits on the corner of József körút and Bérkocsis utca — a very central, well-connected location for getting to Semmelweis’s various faculties. Metro line M4 (“Rákóczi tér”) and tram lines 4-6 are just a one-minute walk away, and metro line M3 (“Blaha Lujza tér”) is three minutes away, making it easy to reach the Theoretical Campus (Nagyvárad tér), the General Medicine building on Üllői út, and the other Semmelweis sites around the city.

The 8th and 9th district university and clinical buildings are within easy reach by public transport, and the 7th district itself — with its popular cafés, ruin pubs, and restaurants around Deák tér and Király utca — is right on your doorstep, perfect for student life after classes.

We’re looking for a minimum rental period of one year. Available from the end of August 2026.

We speak German, English, and Hungarian, so communication is no problem regardless of where you’re from.

As we live in Germany ourselves, we prefer the base rent in euros: €800/month. Utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet, house common costs) come to an additional €120/month.
